Welcome to G3 Mechanical. By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication, fair expectations, and professional standards in all our work.

Section 1 — General Information

G3 Mechanical is a Red Seal Certified plumbing and mechanical company based in Burnaby, British Columbia, serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Lower Mainland.
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Section 2 — Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided by G3 Mechanical are issued in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
Prices are subject to change if unforeseen conditions arise — including, but not limited to:

  • Hidden leaks, corrosion, or pre-existing defects

  • Code-required upgrades or material changes

  • Design alterations or scope increases requested by the client

Any additional work or material costs will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Section 3 — Payments

Payment terms are determined per project and may include:

  • Full payment upon completion, or

  • Deposit followed by final payment after completion.

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payments can be made by e-transfer, cheque, or other agreed-upon methods.
No interest is charged on late payments; however, outstanding balances may delay future service until resolved.

Section 4 — Warranties

All materials and equipment supplied by G3 Mechanical are covered under manufacturer warranties only.
G3 Mechanical does not provide additional labour warranties beyond those required by law unless otherwise specified in writing.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and ensure all installations meet or exceed BC Plumbing Code and CSA standards.

Section 5 — Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule work by providing reasonable notice prior to the scheduled service date.
If materials have already been ordered or delivered, the client may be responsible for related costs or restocking fees.
G3 Mechanical reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather, supply delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

Section 6 — Subcontractors and Assistants

G3 Mechanical may, at its discretion, engage qualified assistants or subcontractors to complete portions of work.
This may include but is not limited to: fire protection, HVAC, or other mechanical disciplines.
All subcontractors operate under G3 Mechanical’s standards for safety, quality, and professionalism.

Section 7 — Site Access and Safety

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area.
This includes but is not limited to, providing a clean, hazard-free environment, functioning utilities (water, power, etc.), and secure entry for tools and materials.
If unsafe conditions are identified, work may be paused until issues are resolved.

Section 8 — Liability

G3 Mechanical carries appropriate insurance and safety coverage for all operations.
We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from service interruptions, equipment failures, or project delays beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate coverage for existing property and structures.

Section 9 — Privacy and Data Protection

When you contact us through our website or by email, we collect limited personal information for communication and billing purposes only.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws in British Columbia.
We do not sell or share client information.

Section 10 — Website Use

All content, images, and materials on the G3 Mechanical website are the intellectual property of G3 Mechanical and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Our website may include links to external sources (e.g., suppliers or partners); we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or post false or misleading information through our forms.

Section 11 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G3 Mechanical shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

  • Delays or cancellations due to material shortages or supplier issues

  • Work stoppages caused by unsafe site conditions

  • Use or misuse of information provided on our website

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Section 12 — Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, and any disputes shall be resolved within its courts.

Section 13 — Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect operational or legal changes.
The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
